We enjoy the level of respect shown to us, and the clear concern for our satisfaction as customers. There is none of the BS you hear about other car dealerships with "song and dance routines" while negotiating price. Obviously with the number of vehicles and years involved we have relied on the service department. We again are treated with respect, and we are always consulted before any major work is performed. We do recommend to family and friends that they go to Jim O'Neal Ford for their car and truck purchases and service. More

Good Experience After a lot of online research, I knew what I was looking for so I printed off my list of vehicle possibilities and headed for the dealers. Jim O'Neal After a lot of online research, I knew what I was looking for so I printed off my list of vehicle possibilities and headed for the dealers. Jim O'Neal was the third Ford dealership that I visited that day, and as soon as I pulled into the parking lot I saw the vehicle I came to see. We talked to Rich Mason about the car, then took it for a test drive, with both of us driving on a good combination of Interstate as well as secondary roads. After looking it over further and more conversation, I determined that it met my expectations so we headed to the office. Took care of the sales paperwork, then met with Brian Meagher to get the financing wrapped up and we were good to go. Also, although I did not work with Amanda Jeffries personally, since she is the Internet person, she gets credit as being the reason that I found the car and eventually made the purchase. I have not been back for service yet, but I can say that the buying experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Would definitely recomment this dealership. More

He was there to answer my questions and show me options based on my criteria without pushing me into something. He listened to everything I had to say and my concerns, and was able to walk me through them and into a vehicle that I loved and could comfortably afford. He was amazing and I'm so glad that he helped me through this. More
