Picked up my 2022 highlander today after purchasing a 2022 rav4 a few months ago but ultimately decided the vehicle was too small for my family needs. Dave Lurie was my salesperson and he was great to de 2022 rav4 a few months ago but ultimately decided the vehicle was too small for my family needs. Dave Lurie was my salesperson and he was great to deal with he went through all the options on my car with me. Arnie Rowen the sales manager was fantastic he gave me a great deal both on my trade in and the purchase price of the new vehicle and last but not least Jesus Padin in finance was also very nice to deal with walked me through the deal very throughly and made it quick and stress free will 100% be returning to this dealer to address any future needs for a vehicle More

They were very straightforward with the pricing of the vehicle and associated fees. No messing around. Low-pressure buying process. I bought a Toyota from Bredemann in 2006, came back from other makers in 2022, and will always use them in the future because of the way they treat their clients. With dignity and respect. Best dealership experience by far! I would not buy a Toyota from any other dealer. More

Worst Toyota service in the area, avoid at all costs. Technician damaged bolts on my vehicle on a simple oil change and I was held to pay to fix, $148 minimum charge to remove one bolt to continue servic Technician damaged bolts on my vehicle on a simple oil change and I was held to pay to fix, $148 minimum charge to remove one bolt to continue service, My vehicle was held ransom by the service manager until I paid to fix, other option was an incomplete oil change that was at my expense also. No help from general managers, had to call back multiple times because they will not call back. Find another dealer, any issues they cause will be at your cost. I am a loyal Toyota customer. Worst experience from Toyota ever! More

Dan was the best dealer I have ever met. He is a people caring person. When I stepped into the dealership, he was there to greet me. He tell us what available in their inventory and that was the one for me caring person. When I stepped into the dealership, he was there to greet me. He tell us what available in their inventory and that was the one for me. He told us what was the best deal for us and we took his advice. He also show me all the features of my Toyota, and install the app on my phone. After we drove, we bought the car. The next day, I went back to him to ask a few more questions about the features, he patiently show me all the tips to drive the car around. This was the first time I feel a dealer is like a family member to help you rather than a sales. I highly recommend Dan to potential buyers. He is a honest and caring guy to your needs. More
