Having recently had a bad experience at Michigan City Hyundai. I was nervous and untrusting of going through another car buying experience. Brian instantly made me feel comfortable and he really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I'm sorry that I can't remember the young man who we talked to when signing the contract. He also was great and answered any questions I had and explained everything. This was on Saturday Nov. 12. I returned on Nov 14 to pick up my new vehicle. Once again I was greeted warmly by the young lady at the desk. She informed me what Brian was doing and he would be right out. Brian was making sure my vehicle was ready for me. I appreciated that it was important to him as well as myself. Brian came out to greet me and explain what all had been done and will be done. He brought me to I believe the GM of your store, who thanked me for my business. I will definitely recommend AutoPark to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle. More so, I will refer them to Brian. However, I feel that every employee is worth doing business with. Keep up the great work. Appreciate everything and everyone that works at Autopark. I totaled our car in a bad car accident and broke my wrist. Our nice car was gone and My wife and I were concerned about what we would do for a much needed vehicle. AutoPark Ford caught our eye and we started to look through the inventory. My wife liked what we were seeing so I gave them a call. Right away after hearing my story they made us feel more comfortable and we were excited about the choices they were offering. They asked us to come in and look at a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Wow, “so clean” as our son said, and smooth. We drove it and my wife loved it and so did I.
