Stress-free buying experience I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry XLE from Conicelli Toyota. Although I had done my own research and knew what model I wanted, still, it ha I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry XLE from Conicelli Toyota. Although I had done my own research and knew what model I wanted, still, it had been over 14 years since I’d purchased my last car. Much had changed since then & I had tons of questions and concerns. I wanted to deal directly with the General Sales Manager, Ray – at least during the ordering process. Ray was honest and straight forward, didn’t play games, and explained exactly how he would go about getting me the car I wanted and how long it would take. I felt I got an excellent deal. They didn’t try to squeeze every last penny out of me. Since they are a volume dealer, they don’t have to play pricing games. Once the car arrived, Ray was able to hand me over to one of his sales guys, who would explain all the features of the new car. Unfortunately, on the morning I arrived to pick up the car, the salesman who’d been assigned to me called out sick – so at the spur of the moment, they had to assign a new sales person to me, who turned out to be Brian Moyer. Brian really rose to the occasion! With no advanced notice or time to prepare, he stepped right in and made the whole process as smooth and as stress-free as possible. I had a million questions about the multi-function display and other technical features of the car. He spent a lot of time with me, probably more than most customers require, but he was patient and never made me feel like I was imposing on his time. No doubt I will have more questions as I continue to get used to the car, but I feel confident that Brian will be there for me every step of the way. Hats off to him ! More

Brian Moyer was fantastic -- he spent a lot of time with me to explain all of the vehicle features. And he didn't give me a "hard sell" or use any pressure tactics. I was also pleased with my conversations with Fahd, who made sure that I was happy with the price and the service features that Conicelli offers. Together they made sure that we got a deal done. This is my second purchase from Conicelli and they will always be my first choice based on my positive experiences with everyone here. More

We are very please with our leasing experience simply because of one gentleman, Brian Moyer. The bottom line is this; but for Brian, we would have leased elsewhere. Brian is to be relied on in every aspect of leasing and/or buying for that matter. We feel that Brian Moyer was a valuable asset to us as well as to the Conicelli Toyota dealership. He took all the time I needed explaining all the details of the 2015 Avalon and gave me a test drive. Had it not been for him, his knowledge and time spent, I probably would not have purchased my new car. As far as the car is concerned, it is absolutely the greatest. Always wanted an Avalon Limited Hybrid-I am not disappointed! More
