Outstanding!!! I’ve owned several brands of cars but because of prior research have never purchased a Ford product. At the same time I have tended to be very skeptic I’ve owned several brands of cars but because of prior research have never purchased a Ford product. At the same time I have tended to be very skeptical about dealerships. Well I can say this in all honesty that all that was before I came across Sunset Ford. I felt that everyone that I dealt with was the epitome of professionalism. The four individuals I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with were Larry Sidberry, Brian Noeth, Sean John, and my salesman Brad Dostal. I want to highlight Brad in particular because the level of service he provided to me was above and beyond reproach. He was extremely attentive to every question and concern I had and took the time and effort to ensure that I walked away satisfied. At the same time I would also like to point out that during the purchase of my “new baby” my confidence in purchasing a Ford product was fully restored. I want to extend a special thanks to Brad and the rest of the staff for such a well done job!!! Incredible Experience December 5, 2018 Dear Mr. Wood, Over the course of many years I have purchased a number of vehicles. As excited as I was to find one after a December 5, 2018 Dear Mr. Wood, Over the course of many years I have purchased a number of vehicles. As excited as I was to find one after another dream vehicle by the time I left the dealerships I was deflated. The aggressive salesperson was always exhausting, length of time to go through the process, and every time getting to the point of signing and the numbers were not as quoted. It was nothing less than a very unhappy experience. I can honestly say that was not the experience I had at Sunset Ford. The first time I drove up I got out of my vehicle and was greeted with a big smile from Nicolas Everding. I felt like it was more of a friend helping a friend rather that an aggressive salesperson which is a total turnoff. I found another dream car but did my due diligence and went to other dealerships only to find myself back to the first paragraph of this letter. I called Nicolas to see if the car was still available and it was. I said how great he had been and that I had issues with spending 2-4 hours going back and forth with numbers and sitting waiting to sign paperwork. Nicolas and I got to the magic number over the phone and I stressed to him I wanted to be in and out with the car within 1 hour. I am sure he did some orchestrating to make this all happen because he scheduled a time with me to come in and stated everything would be as stated and happen quickly. I spoke to my building engineer that I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle at Sunset Hills and he said it was the BEST experience he has ever had in buying a truck. Fast, efficient and easy. I validate that statement. I walked in, again to be greeted by Nicolas. He introduced me to the finance manager (who by the way is INCREDIBLE). I was in and out of his office within 30 minutes, driving another dream car but this time leaving with a huge smile on my face. I cannot thank Nicolas enough for the happy experience. Saved Diesel Engine While on vacation in the southeastern US, diesel exhaust fluid was mistakenly added to the fuel tank, thereby contaminating the fuel. The local deale While on vacation in the southeastern US, diesel exhaust fluid was mistakenly added to the fuel tank, thereby contaminating the fuel. The local dealership said; do not start the engine and have it towed to us. We did as directed. The service tech said told us to be prepared to replace the engine as he thought the contaminated fuel reached the injectors. At this point i contact Jim Heutel at Sunset Ford who quickly had Brian Noeth contact the technician. Brian let the tech know that if the engine had not been started, the fuel did not enter the injectors. Brian instructed the tech on how to proceed and he was correct. The procedure worked perfectly and saved us approximately $25,000.00 in engine replacement costs. I can't thank Sunset Ford, Jim Heutel and especially Brian Noeth enough. More
