Breathed a sigh of relief here! We came here for a specific vehicle we saw online. We had a horrible experience at Wilde Honda a few day’s prior so we were a bit on edge and had our defenses up. Brian Osteen met us at the door and had the vehicle all ready for us to test drive. We drove it and wanted to think about it for a while. Brian never pressured us,only answered our questions and provided information. We did go back a few hours later to purchase. The purchasing procedure was quick and painless. We also talked to Brian about possibly trading in our suburban. He actually encouraged us to try to sell it on our own to get more $ for it than we would get in a trade in with them which was a very honest thing to do. We are incredibly pleased with our experience with Brian and everyone at Honda dodge/Subaru!!!! More

Being pressured to make snap decisions by overzealous salespeople and potentially making regretful decisions and purchases. A completely different atmosphere at Wilde. Brian O'Steen is "THE MAN". He made the entire buying experience easy because he listened to find out what I was interested in driving, enabling us to cut right to the chase. A quick test drive with Brian and I left a deposit with delivery two days later. Brian had everything ready when I returned to take my new Jeep Cherokee home with me. No pressure to buy additional items or protection packages. I signed the papers and on my way in about a half hour. Brian truly made my car buying experience the best I've ever had and I will certainly recemmend him to family and friends. More

Good Deal I'd give Brian 5 stars. He was willing to meet our price and we got a good deal on a used RDX. Only reason it is not a 5 is due to the time it took. I'd give Brian 5 stars. Horrible Cuatomer Service and Finance Department I cancelled warranties over a month ago and I’m still waiting for the check to post at my bank. Told me two weeks ago it was in the mail. Then a week I cancelled warranties over a month ago and I’m still waiting for the check to post at my bank. Told me two weeks ago it was in the mail. Then a week later said it was over nighted to the bank and now one week later it still hasn’t been paid. Called the general manager twice after he told me on a google review to call him. No call back. I’m so frustrated with my entire experience I have been telling everyone how horrible this has been. More
