Traded up to a newer Ram Truck It was finally time to trade my 2005 Ram 2500 for a newer model. I was the original owner and so happy with it that there was no way I would purchase It was finally time to trade my 2005 Ram 2500 for a newer model. I was the original owner and so happy with it that there was no way I would purchase anything but another Ram. Wilde gave me a great offer on trade or outright purchase. I decided to go with a low mileage late model used Ram 1500. After scouring the internet for deals and inventory I decided Wilde was my best place to start. I met with Brian O'Steen. Brian was professional, friendly and helpful. He didn't so much as sell me, but presented detailed information that mad my choice rather easy. After a test drive I settled on a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn. It had my preferred color and options. It was certified, meaning it was inspected and warranted for a long list of criteria. It had only 26,000 miles, yet they had replaced the tires with new and serviced the brakes. They did offer a variety of additional warranties and allowed me to pick and choose from a menu of warranty categories. I've had the new truck for a week now and couldn't be happier. It was a great buying experience. More

Breathed a sigh of relief here! We came here for a specific vehicle we saw online. We had a horrible experience at Wilde Honda a few day’s prior so we were a bit on edge and had our defenses up. Brian Osteen met us at the door and had the vehicle all ready for us to test drive. We drove it and wanted to think about it for a while. Brian never pressured us,only answered our questions and provided information. We did go back a few hours later to purchase. The purchasing procedure was quick and painless. We also talked to Brian about possibly trading in our suburban. He actually encouraged us to try to sell it on our own to get more $ for it than we would get in a trade in with them which was a very honest thing to do. We are incredibly pleased with our experience with Brian and everyone at Honda dodge/Subaru!!!! More

He made the entire buying experience easy because he listened to find out what I was interested in driving, enabling us to cut right to the chase. A quick test drive with Brian and I left a deposit with delivery two days later. Brian had everything ready when I returned to take my new Jeep Cherokee home with me. No pressure to buy additional items or protection packages. I signed the papers and on my way in about a half hour. Brian truly made my car buying experience the best I've ever had and I will certainly recemmend him to family and friends. More

Good Deal I'd give Brian 5 stars. He was willing to meet our price and we got a good deal on a used RDX. Only reason it is not a 5 is due to the time it took. I'd give Brian 5 stars.
