Horrible Cuatomer Service and Finance Department I cancelled warranties over a month ago and I’m still waiting for the check to post at my bank. Told me two weeks ago it was in the mail. Then a week I cancelled warranties over a month ago and I’m still waiting for the check to post at my bank. Told me two weeks ago it was in the mail. Then a week later said it was over nighted to the bank and now one week later it still hasn’t been paid. Called the general manager twice after he told me on a google review to call him. No call back. I’m so frustrated with my entire experience I have been telling everyone how horrible this has been. More

He gave us two great deals and made sure that every motor car situation that could be problematic was resolved. Brian is very easy to work with and he made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Straight forward, no gimmicks purchase experience. On 2/14/18 I found a vehicle online that really interestex me. Brian was very accomadating, as I recontacted him several times that evening with questions about the vehicle and it's pricing. That same night I drove out from Milton, a 1 hour drive, to the dealership and received exactly the deal we spoke about over the phone. No changes, no " pull a fast one " tricks so to say.. After many horrific car deals I reverted back to a large volume dealership, Wilde, after being sold a complete lemon by a small corner dealership a year and a half ago, and sold a I reverted back to a large volume dealership, Wilde, after being sold a complete lemon by a small corner dealership a year and a half ago, and sold a vehicle without a title from another small dealer in Illinois. Brian O’Steen was knowledgeable, understanding, very low pressure, helpful, communicative, and flexible. He didn’t try to promise anything that he couldn’t deliver like Schlossmann’s Dodge City did a couple of weeks ago. Overall, I am COMPLETELY satisfied with Wilde’s ability to finance me after my recent bankruptcy...likely because they have better agreements with most banks due to their volume of sales. I will recommend Wilde a million times over for treating me like I had perfect credit, not judging me, and efficiently completing my sale in 48 hours.
