Car was totalled and came in and was seen by Scott Dunn. Extremely personable and friendly guy Test drove a truck with him and I was taking it home within a few days. I recently purchased a truck from Albrecht, the truck did not have the rear wheel well liners on the truck, the sales rep told me that they were on back order and as soon as the come in they will contact me not have the rear wheel well liners on the truck, the sales rep told me that they were on back order and as soon as the come in they will contact me install them for me. After several weeks, I found out the liners were discontinued.. I spoke to several managers on this, they said the same ( we will get back to you). My last attempt was about 3 weeks ago when I spoke to the manager Brian and the sales rep and he admitted that he said that the liners were suppose to be on the truck, I even suggested to buy them aftermarket, I left my phone number with Brian that night and still nothing. I can’t believe I didn’t get a phone call for a piece that costs under $200. My next attempt will be to get lawyer involved More

He understood what our needs were, was attentive & responsive, assisted us to locate a Yukon that had everything we wanted for options. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Albrecht. Jon Warren and Brian Pollack were excellent to deal with. It was nice to go to a dealership with a pressure free environment.
