Brand new car had water intrusion and they would not left a finger to do anything. Promised a Amazon card because I spent 5 hours at the dealership picking up the car because no one knew how to charge it. Promise they sent the card several times but would not send it . Just a very bad overall experience! Onc They did not offer me any compensation for the need to take a brand new vehicle in twice and get it fixed. Plus have water intrusion documented on my new car. It should have been caught with an inspection which I'm sure they did not do. I was also promised I had everything I needed to license my vehicle before I drove off the lot. They didn't send me the documentation I needed or pay the sales tax that I had to pay at the dealership to the County Treasurer. I asked to have this done and I had to have it done within a week because I was leaving town. You did not send that information until I texted and texted trying to get it and then then it was finally sent. I had to cut my trip short so I wouldn't have to pay interest on the sales tax and a late registration fee. There is a hole chat history about this and showing how many times the person answering the texts flagged my concerns over and over again to management and nothing was done. I called the dealership and talked to three people and finally I was told I was speaking to a manager. He said he would look into it and call me back and of course he did not. I believe the dealership owes me something for all the time I have spent on this and for providing very poor after sales service. More
