Thank you for recognizing Darren. I’m glad to hear you had a great experience working with him. I do want to clarify the comment regarding the different offers and pricing. Your original proposal included $6,000 cash down along with the equity in your trade, leaving approximately $12,000 to finance. After you shared that you had received an offer from CarMax, we restructured the deal at your request, removed the $6,000 cash down, and increased our offer for your trade to an amount that exceeded the CarMax offer. We were also able to secure an interest rate lower than the rate you told us your credit union had offered. We continued working with you to find a structure that fit your budget and made every concession we reasonably could. Ultimately, you were asking us to continue increasing the value of your trade while also reducing the price of our vehicle, and we reached a point where we simply could not make any further concessions. The different numbers were the result of changing the structure of the deal based on your requests, not changing prices arbitrarily. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement that worked for both sides, and we respectfully chose not to move forward with the transaction.
