Horrible experience with a Warranty job. I made an appointment to have my 2018 f 150 lariat fixed, there was a leak from the moon roof. I was told they get to it the next day. The next day they didn't call. I waited to the next day and was told it there was a leak from the moon roof. I was told they get to it the next day. The next day they didn't call. I waited to the next day and was told it would be reddy the following day. I called the next day it wasn't reddy. I called the next week, it had been a week and a half. And was told, it wasn't reddy. I told them I would be over to pick up my truck and have some other dealer to repair it. I thought since I made an appointment, that it would would repaired on that date. But it wasn't. I have always had good service at Lynn Layton ford. I have purchased several ford's from Lynn Layton over the years and never had a problem. I was always treated right at the service dept, no one else has ever serviced my vehicle's. I will now have to go to another dealer. More
