I wasnt happy in my impala so they took the minus equity I had still on my loan and rolled it in over into a lease. Then my job changed and I needed a different vehicle so they got me out of my lease early and into a new CRV which I will lease then buy. The other dealerships I went to weren't accommodating and didn't want to work with me but the team at Gustman Honda made things work......twice now. I highly advise anyone visit Gustman Honda because they are superior in service and sales to other dealerships. I will be sending others to Gustman Honda and personally doing business with them for a long time. More

The sales associate that I absolutely enjoy working with is Dan Schell. I've worked with him over the past 14 years and every time I compare the pricing from Van's Honda in Green Bay and Bergstrom Honda in Oshkosh, I've found that my best value is from Dan at Gustman's. Also, the environment at Gustman's is great since I can go into the dealership anytime I want to and just walk around all of the vehicles on the lot and no one comes and tries to sell me a car because they know I'm Dan's customer. When I want to seriously consider making a purchase, I work with Dan and it's very efficient with no pressure. I also enjoy working with Scott Guyette and his service department. Granted I know that I know that I'm probably spending a little more for service work than what I could if I took it to a neighborhood garage but my experience is that the work that is needed on the vehicle is done right the first time which is what I need every time. More
