Started to look at dealer lots with introduction of 2017 Ridgeline, and was allowed to spend as much time as needed to investigate vehicle at my own speed and thoroughness. First time in several years buying a NEW vehicle, after several used vehicles for family members, and wanted it to be a great experience. Tony Nagel entered me into their computer system as a potential customer, and then let me come and go for over 3 years, never applying pressure for "today's sale." Told him we would purchase when the time was right, and he was patient for the sale. Great customer service, fair price (end of cycle Honda cash!), and both Tony and Jason (F&I Manager) made the buying process pleasant, even for my wife who is not too keen on negotiations and pressure. Bottom line is that we started the relationship well, it remained pleasant for years, and finished with a trustworthy salesman and dealership. Also, recommended family members purchase from Tony, and they had similar experiences. Well done!

"Oil change and battery drain issue"
Took my daughters 2008 Honda CRV in for oil change, tire rotation, and check for slow battery drain. 20 year old daughter went to pick it up. She noticed immediately the remote door unlock wouldn't work. She called me before she left. I advised her to go back in for help. They took it back in, 20 min later they told her there was nothing they could do. She began to drive home, boy friend behind, and she had no headlights or taillights. Once she arrived home her boyfriend began to look into issues. I called Gustman Appleton Honda. they advised I would need to re-schedule another visit. After digging in further after work we discovered they pulled three fuses from the under dash panel during trouble shooting and never replaced. Fuses went in the vehicle so I needed to run to NAPA to purchase new. Money thrown out the window, stay away unless you want to troubleshoot issues after you pay trained professionals to do so. Disappointed......
