RS3-my new love! I had two Audis to begin with. an S5 and a Q3. I got some notifications regarding trading in my cars since they were wanted by others customers. I c I had two Audis to begin with. an S5 and a Q3. I got some notifications regarding trading in my cars since they were wanted by others customers. I called to get a ballpark offer and was pleasantly surprised. I gave Len a couple of ideas about what I was interested in and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I got to the dealership, was greeted p[pleasantly by everyone and Len was standing by waiting for me. He had some keys all ready and we started our test drives within 5 minutes. I was able to drive exactly what I was looking for. By the time we were done, my trade offers were solid and we began the purchase process. I got glass coat, which was applied while I waited and from the time I walked in the door to the time I left in my new car, Simonize and all, was around 5 hours. The whole thing was fun, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Len, Brian, Hugh and Ed to anyone looking for a new Audi. More
