This was my first time at McFarland and I was greeted by Nick about a truck I saw online. Nick was extremely helpful with information on the vehicle and got me in for a test drive. I decided to run the numbers to see what my payment was looking like because I recently had some big expenses hit my credit score. We were able to get the payments to a number I liked including the tire 'insurance' which I get on all my cars. The experience was great and I already told Nick he has a life long client. I'll be adding another truck to my business within the year and I'm 100% reaching out to Nick. I came up from MA and we don't have the easiest system when it comes to registering out of state vehicle purchases but these guys handled everything for me. They even overnighted me my plates and registration so I didn't have to make the 2 hour drive again. Also, its a small thing but I was able to leave my other car on their lot for a couple days while I figured out a ride back to get it which helped so much since I needed to use the truck. Thank you again Nick, I really appreciate your knowledge and professionalism through the entire process! More

Tim our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable in ford vehicles and what they offered and had for features. He showed me things with my new Ford Bronco i did not know even existed on cars. Tim was also able to get us in to look at a car with a time that was flexible with my work schedule and stayed late almost an hour making sure i was all setup and ready to go in my new Ford Bronco. Mason from Finance got us setup with good coverage and service of our new vehicle. He helped get the loan and payments where i was comfortable and happy with it. I had contacted Lauren about a new Ford Bronco I was interested the night before and within 24 hours i was driving away in my new vehicle. Overall a great experience.
