Having bought several vehicles from this dealership in the past I contacted the owner, Ron Adams, and told him I was interested in trading in my curre Having bought several vehicles from this dealership in the past I contacted the owner, Ron Adams, and told him I was interested in trading in my current vehicle for a new one. Ron told me to get in touch with his sales manager Steve Michaels and arrange a visit. This was on Saturday October 28th. My wife and I went to the dealership and met Steve who turned us over to Keith Cook, Internet Sales Manager. Not having the vehicle equipped the way I wanted it Keith went to work and found several options available within the region but being a Saturday he was unable to make connections. We discussed pricing though based on what I was looking for. We got together Monday morning and found a vehicle suited to what I wanted. About 11:30AM Keith calls me and asked me what time I wanted to pick up the new vehicle!!! I was amazed at how quickly he made all of this happen. To make a long story short my wife and I went up around 2:30PM and sealed the deal. Everything was handled very professionally and we were on our way home in a little over an hour. Thank you very much Keith as well as the rest of the staff at Adams Jeep for making this a very nice experience. More
