I bought a car and it was sold out from under me I worked with Brian who was great. I came to an agreed upon price for a 1997 Jaguar convertible. Brian sent me the sales agreement. I asked him what I needed to do for him to hold the car as I would not be able to pick it up until Saturday. It was Thursday. I offered to provide him with a credit card number for a deposit. He told me that it was company policy that unless I was on the road heading that direction, that they would not hold the car. Seems silly when you are advertising on the internet. Surely you realize that not all customers can get there within the hour or even day. I again offered to have the car held with a credit card deposit. No, but they would keep me posted. I said that sounds silly but OK. Received no phone calls. Called the next day to confirm delivery and discovered that they had sold the car out from under me. Did not even have the decency to alert my sales person that this was occuring. What a terrible way to do business. Extremely unethical. DONT BUY A CAR HERE !!!! And I bet they do not post this review as it is not positive !!! Bill Essman More

My wife and I are on our 3rd purchase from Advantage Chevrolet and are pleased enough to keep coming back. We bought a used blazer that had some minor defects that they took care of before even leaving Chevrolet and are pleased enough to keep coming back. Another great experience. I had a Cobalt with a lot of miles on it and decided to get a used car with less miles so once again we went to Advantage Chevrolet. We didn't know exactly what we were looking for but Brian Stanton was our sales consultant and got me into a used Chevrolet Cruz (a car we absolutely love) instead of something I was not going to be happy with. He worked with us to get a great deal and now my wife and I both have a Cruz and very very happy. Upon my arrival, Mr. Brian Stanton was waiting for me outside and greeted me which was a pleasant surprise. I had express the type of vehicle that I was interested in and the things that I wanted it to have, CD player and a sunroof, I'm simple. I tested drove the one that Mr. Brian felt that I would like better and would be a better purchase for me and my family, no sunroof but a lot more extras that I did not have to have. Needless to say I purchased the SUV and I am very happy with my purchase. Everyone that I work with to make this happen for me where extremely nice. I would recommend Mr. Brian Stanton. We prefer to support our local businesses and were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the natural warmth and genuineness of Jim G. It was our initial phone conversation which caused me to go I to pull the trigger on the car purchase several days later. Jim was friendly, helpful, and truthful about the inventory and specs on the vehicles which I inquired about. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Jim introduced me to Brian who would be my salesman. One of the things which I appreciated about the entire process was the speed and effectiveness for the transaction. I do not like to be left waiting for long periods of time in the salesman's office cubicle while things are done in the inner offices. Brian did not allow that to happen. He was courteous, respectful, and moved quickly to get our transaction completed. I really appreciate the treatment which I received during the purchase of our Traverse. The bonus is now having the vehicle we wanted at the price we were looking for. Jim, Brian, and Tim, the Business Manager took great care of me during this process. The next day, the air conditioning malfunctioned but Erik and the service crew addressed the problem in no time and we had our car back in just a few hours.
