Flew my family from Las Vegas to Philly to pick up the best deal on my Tacoma! Had an issue with one of the key fobs needing reprogramming so he is taking care of that and shipping it to me. He sent me the tracking # for it within a few days. Brian Sweet took his time with us going over all of the vehicle features, especially the infotainment system. Truck had a small scratch that he got buffed out within minutes. Jim Krause in finance explained all the docs and got me signed quickly. No pressure to buy anything additional, but if you’d like additional coverages, gap protection, etc. they have it. Excellent overall experience. 10/10 will lease another vehicle from them when this one is up. Worth the trip no matter where you are in the country. My family enjoyed the road trip home, starting with the Rocky steps & statue, seeing the St. Louis gateway arch, and hitting every great bbq joint on the way! More
