Our sales associate, Brian, had cars ready for us to test drive based on the information we filled out on their on line form. He picked out the perfect car for us. There was no pressure and no haggling. We got there at 4pm and left with our new Ford Escape before 6pm! We have already recommended Lester Glenn to both friends and strangers since we purchased the car. More

I was looking for a Ford Edge and was helped by Brian Taylor who was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When I called to see if I could change to a diferent color, Sales Manager Andy Carrino could not have been more helpful and gracious about the situation. He expedited the transaction and had everything in place for me when I arrived. The finance managers Lonnie Sherry, who took me through the initial lease and John Brogden, who handled the switch, were both very professional. It is a dealership that I would recommend highly.
