Trying to buy a new work truck in the middle of the coronavirus shutdown could have been a challenge, but luckily a friend recommended Brian to me. We first touched base a few weeks back when there was some uncertainty to what was going on, and when the time came to get it done he was right on top of it. They were able to send someone to me to sign the paperwork because of their reduced hours and my work schedule, and we managed to get it all done within 24 hours of making the decision to buy. Would have loved to shake his hand afterwards, but corona and all, so an internet fist bump and a solid review will have to do. Five of five would recommend highly. More

Smooth and Enjoyable Experience - Ask for Brian! I leased my Ford Escape from Lester Glenn in May 2017 and the experience was wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and accommodating I leased my Ford Escape from Lester Glenn in May 2017 and the experience was wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and accommodating. We worked with Brian and it was truly a great experience. He was communicative, helpful, and just overall great to work with. With only a month left on my lease, I bought the car I was leasing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bobby was great with walking us through the financing and purchasing aspects. The process was so smooth and easy, it took all of 10 minutes and I did not have to leave my car to do any of it. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for a car and will be returning when needed. More

Brian is great to deal with and a good guy! We just leased our fourth car from Lester Glenn and each time our rep was Brian Taylor. My wife wanted another Escape but since lease program expired We just leased our fourth car from Lester Glenn and each time our rep was Brian Taylor. My wife wanted another Escape but since lease program expired on the Escape, they gave us the same deal on the Edge. The Edge is a really nice vehicle, my wife loves it. We always meet people who tell us about how nicely they were treated there. I will be there again in the March of 2021 to buy my vehicle. More
