He took the time to listen to what we were shopping for. He helped to guide us into the right vehicle and never once pressured us to make a decision. When the time came to discuss the price of the vehicle the process was stress free and extremely transparent. The rest of the Lester Glenn Ford staff was also friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a pleasurable new car shopping experience! More
