Everything was really great for a while until we objected to the trade in value we were offered, which was $1,500.00 less than at other dealers. Then it became very businesslike and not so friendly and accom to the trade in value we were offered, which was $1,500.00 less than at other dealers. Then it became very businesslike and not so friendly and accommodating. The car was clean and the test drive was fine. The financial person didn't offer to give us copies of everything we signed, and we had to ask for the ones we wanted. For over $800.00 those should have been given to us. Our registration was sent to us not by NYS but by Prestige and it arrived on June 30th, one day before the deadline. We had just gone to Motor Vehicle and paid for a duplicate registration, We were told that if it didn't pass inspection in NYS to bring it back to Prestige and they would fix it. It didn't pass inspection because of the window tinting, but we didn't find that out until it was too late to drive another six hours round trip. Removal of the window tinting cost $150.00. The saleswoman pointed out a backup camera to us, but none of the internal equipment was installed to make it work. Upgrading would have cost $2000.00. The visor over the driver seat had to be replaced for $331.00. When we left there in the "new" car we got 20 miles down the road and the tire inflation light went on. We stopped and checked and all tires were over inflated by 5 pounds. We had to replace the sensor for $125.00. WE noticed a few minor scratches on the car before we bought it, but after a couple of rainstorms many more scratches showed up. How does this happen? The car isn't terrible but we will not go back to Prestige Auto again. More
