I HAD A LEAK IN MY 2014 TRIBECA WHICH HAD SHOWN UP AFTER A TORRENTIAL RAIN. IT WAS LEAKING INSIDE THE CAR FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE AIR BAG SYMBOL. I TOOK THE CAR TO WAYNE SUBARU TO HAVE THEM EXAMINE THE CAR A TORRENTIAL RAIN. IT WAS LEAKING INSIDE THE CAR FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE AIR BAG SYMBOL. I TOOK THE CAR TO WAYNE SUBARU TO HAVE THEM EXAMINE THE CAR TO DETERMINE WHAT WAS CAUSING THE LEAK. WITHIN ONE DAY, I WAS ADVISED IT WAS LEAKING FROM THE WINDSHIELD AND THE WATER FOUND IT'S WAY TO THE AREA WHERE I DISCOVERED THE LEAK. THE WINDSHIELD BEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT 8:24 AM AND AT 3:24 PM RECEIVED A CALL FROM BRIAN IN THE SERVICE AREA AT WAYNE SUBARU ADVISING ME THAT THE WINDSHIELD HAD BEEN REPLACED AND THE CAR WAS READY FOR PICK-UP. THANK YOU TO JERRY THE SERVICE MANAGER AS WELL AS ALL THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WHO MADE MY EXPERIENCE A PLEASANT ONE. FIVE STARS TO ALL... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! More
