This was my first experience buying a brand new car! Justin Ngop was so very pleasant to deal with in placing my order. It happened to be an extra busy day, as per the service writer. It would have been nice to have a little more 'hand holding' through the process because of this being my very first experience with this. Previously my late husband did a lot of work on our older cars. When he became unable to do that, he took total lead on having mechanics do the work. As a new widow, I decided to buy a brand new car, so I wouldn't be worried about reliability. I am enjoying driving my 2023 Rav4 Hybrid very much!!
