Kris Fox was my sales guy and was FANTASTIC! !! I hope he's still selling RAVs when I want a new one!!! From ordering the RAV, to keeping me informed on the status of that order, to finalizing !! We had a lot of great chats during the ordering process, today while waiting on my trade-in value, and getting the sale finalized. Being able to chat about a lot of things other than the RAV was easy and enjoyable. Time flew by! Kris is very knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth. His co-worker, Mike Rosett in finance, was fantastic as well! He explained add-ons very well and I have to give him kudos for helping me understand all the things! My 2 RAVS from RLT in Golden Valley were serviced there as well. I can't say enough about this business and the people who work in all of the departments!
