I went in for an oil change. The poster in the waiting room said 89.95. I waited almost two hours for my oil change. I was using my reward points. I was charged 36.00 for bulk The poster in the waiting room said 89.95. I waited almost two hours for my oil change. I was using my reward points. I was charged 36.00 for bulk oil, 12.83 for a filter kit, and 31.45 for a plug. No one conferred with me during my wait time. Since when does one pay extra for the oil and filter in an oil change? This 89.95 oil change costed me 123.45. I called the service number to complain and the phone rang and rang with no answer. I called and left a voice mail for one of the employees and she never returned my call. Next time, I will get my oil change at another outlet which gets you in and out in 15 minutes and lets you know all of the included charges before they begin. More
