Stephanie was very professional and knowledgeable. I brought my 2020 Ranger in because of a noise underneath my cab. When your mechanic test drove my truck it didn’t make any noise. Naturally! The n I brought my 2020 Ranger in because of a noise underneath my cab. When your mechanic test drove my truck it didn’t make any noise. Naturally! The noise is intermittent and at times it’s unbelievably loud.. I read on line some of the causes of this noise. I checked my brakes, driveshaft universal joints and driveshaft bearing. The brakes were fine. The driveshaft universal joints bearings were fine. The driveshaft bearing made the noise when I repositioned the yoke the bearing sits in. I think the driveshaft bearing is the problem. I’m very aware of bearing noise in machinery. I worked on copiers and they had intermittent bearing noises. We had a procedure for isolating noise and which bearings to replace. I recommend Ford engineers come up with this type procedure. More

Absolutely horrible experience! After 2 days of having our used vehicle- Ford Explorer, the engine went on it. We had the extra warranty company coverage. Well, here we are 2 month After 2 days of having our used vehicle- Ford Explorer, the engine went on it. We had the extra warranty company coverage. Well, here we are 2 months later, paying for a car that is still in their shop. Ciocca stating the warranty company needs to stand good and cover it, because if Ciocca replaces the engine, they lose their money! Well how about you pay our loan! I hate writing negative reviews but This is Ridiculous! Guess it's time to get our lawyer involved. More
