The finance manager was mad because we did not purchase his extended service plan and when we told him that we were buying a Toyota because of the quality - he said the quality was not as good as back in 2 his extended service plan and when we told him that we were buying a Toyota because of the quality - he said the quality was not as good as back in 2004. The car was dirty and had not been cleaned - hand prints all over the windows. No one showed us any of the features of the car. More

Our Highlander was in for service but it also had an issue with the air conditioning. I explained the issue and the service department checked it, found exactly what the problem was and fixed it! The issue with the air conditioning. I explained the issue and the service department checked it, found exactly what the problem was and fixed it! The air conditioner worked fine on the way home.
