After my HORRIBLE experience with Paragon Acura (worst place of all time... DO NOT GO THERE!!! Brianna did EXACTLY what she said she would do. This is the 3rd Acura RL I've leased and by FAR this has been place of all time... DO NOT GO THERE!!! Brianna did EXACTLY what she said she would do. This is the 3rd Acura RL I've leased and by FAR this has been the best experience I ever had with a dealership. They quoted me a price over the phone and delivered exactly what they quoted!!! They didn't have the car in stock that I wanted (and unlike Paragon) they said they would make a few phone calls to find that exact car. They didn't push the one they had in stock and found "my car" within 10 minutes!!!! I gave Brianna all the information she required and within 4 days of my initial call I picked up my new RL. Brianna took care of having my insurance transferred to my new car; took care of registration and plates. She helped set up the bluetooth system so my cell phone would work and described all the features of the car in detail. If you are looking to purchase or lease an Acura I highly recommend Brianna Tozzo and Acura of Westchester!!! More

I have bought from this dealership for the 3rd time, each visit is great. I will send as many people to her as I can. She took her time to show me the new system in my new 2010 TL. even though I am on my 3rd Acura. I saw her pull out her screw driver and couldn't believe she was taking my plates off, she went the extra mile and before I knew it she came back to my new car with washed off plates, she said you can't have a new car with dirty plates. Brianna was the best and that is huge coming from someone who is in sales themselves. If you are looking for a great car, and friendly service go in and see Briana Tozzo, you won't be disappointed. I went to Acura of Westchester after reviewing their inventory online as I was interested in purchasing a 2008 TL. I was surprised at how easy their online site was to navigate and eventually called the inventory online as I was interested in purchasing a 2008 TL. I was surprised at how easy their online site was to navigate and eventually called the dealership regarding certain cars that I was interested in. When I called I was connected to Brianna and was impressed by her professionalism and demeanor. She gave me all the information requested and I set up an appointment to look at the cars that I was interested in. Let's just say that I ended up purchasing a beautiful TL from Acura of Westchester and it was the most painless process that I have ever been through. I would recommend this dealership to everyone that I know! More
