If I could give this dealership ZERO stars, I would do that. absolutely horrible customer service in sales and especially service. Typical LV vehicle dealer mindset, that every customer is a "mark"... eve that. absolutely horrible customer service in sales and especially service. Typical LV vehicle dealer mindset, that every customer is a "mark"... every customer is a "sucker"! This sorry excuse for a reputable Audi location exists purely due to their geography, NOT from providing a good customer experience. Cedric in service has a bad attitude and his manager Brice is even worse. Their coffee machine is good at least, but EVERYTHING else about this location is a total disappointment. More
