Great and quick service I called an internet salesmanager, Brittany, on a Monday after checking out a vehicle on the website. She answered my questions and quickly suggested I called an internet salesmanager, Brittany, on a Monday after checking out a vehicle on the website. She answered my questions and quickly suggested some other SUV options after listening to what my interests were. She emailed me pictures and more information very quickly. And for a few days we corresponded back and forth via email and phone. By the end of the week I drove up to Billings, tested out the vehicle, went through the buying process and drove it home! She was great to work with and we love the vehicle. PS 4 days after our purchase, we did have a few concerns come up and upon calling Brittany she right away connected me to a service manager who was able to fit us in the schedule the next day. They took a look; no problems it turned out and then compensated my time with a free car wash and future oil change. Great customer service all around! More

Best experience I have had in buying a car. We particularly enjoyed the absence of high pressure sales and the sales person taking offers back and forth from the sales manager to the customers. Brittney did a great job of explaining the features of the RAV 4. She answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to explain everything to us. I hope we are able to have a follow up session on how to operate the many systems available on the car. One session is not enough to grasp all the information about the car. We previously bought a Toyota from a Denver dealership and then gave seminars on a monthly basis to new car owners. Have you considered doing this? More
