I knew I I was not expecting the experience I had with Lithia. I had never bought a new car before, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. I knew I wanted AWD but that was it. Norm was amazing about giving me all the information I needed without being pushy or takib advantage of my lack of knowledge. He answered all my questions and genuinely wanted me to understand the terms of my lease and what kind of car I was getting. I am still so impressed and blown away by the deal I got. Most importantly, he sat down and took the time to explain everything inside the car and the lease process. I really am so happy I went through Lithia. More

All employees were courteous and work was done in a timely manner. Once we decided to move permanently to Montana we decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We started our search on line and then met in person with Brittany Pierce. What a treasure we found! She loves cars, is car knowledgeable, and will spend the time needed to answer all questions. And, if she didn't know the answer she would find the answer. We were never rushed or pressured. On the day we took ownership of our Highlander Hybrid, Brittany took us through a trial run and opened the door for future visits as we start learning all the bells and whistles. She will even take care of scheduling our future service visits for us. For such a young salesperson, Brittany is very car knowledgeable, friendly, and available for contact. Brittany doesn't consider the job completed once her buyers take ownership. She is still there to support us.
