Truly Amazing I was not expecting the experience I had with Lithia. I had never bought a new car before, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. I knew I I was not expecting the experience I had with Lithia. I had never bought a new car before, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. I knew I wanted AWD but that was it. Norm was amazing about giving me all the information I needed without being pushy or takib advantage of my lack of knowledge. He answered all my questions and genuinely wanted me to understand the terms of my lease and what kind of car I was getting. I am still so impressed and blown away by the deal I got. Most importantly, he sat down and took the time to explain everything inside the car and the lease process. I really am so happy I went through Lithia. More

Great salesperson Most of the sale was completed online. Brittany was helpful and knowledgeable. Our negotiation was straight forward and painless. When I arrived at Most of the sale was completed online. Brittany was helpful and knowledgeable. Our negotiation was straight forward and painless. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was ready to go and Brittany took the time to answer questions and train me on the technological features. My only negative comment is about the finance person pushing the extended warranty. No means no. More

I had had a previous poor experience in which I felt I was not taken seriously and was thinking that my experience with Lithia wouldn't be any different. I was able to work with Brittany at Lithia and she completely changed my view. I gave her the numbers of my budget and what I could work with. She met my pessimism with confidence and knew she could get me into a car I loved at a price I could afford and not be upside down in debt. She made it happen! I could not be more happier with my experience and she has gained a life long customer. I am in love with my car and had a great experience! More

Consistent customer service We started using Lithia Toyota of Billings when we were staying for extended periods of time in Montana and needed our 2013 Prius serviced. All emplo We started using Lithia Toyota of Billings when we were staying for extended periods of time in Montana and needed our 2013 Prius serviced. All employees were courteous and work was done in a timely manner. Once we decided to move permanently to Montana we decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We started our search on line and then met in person with Brittany Pierce. What a treasure we found! She loves cars, is car knowledgeable, and will spend the time needed to answer all questions. And, if she didn't know the answer she would find the answer. We were never rushed or pressured. On the day we took ownership of our Highlander Hybrid, Brittany took us through a trial run and opened the door for future visits as we start learning all the bells and whistles. She will even take care of scheduling our future service visits for us. For such a young salesperson, Brittany is very car knowledgeable, friendly, and available for contact. Brittany doesn't consider the job completed once her buyers take ownership. She is still there to support us. It was our lucky day when she took us under her salesperson wings and helped us make the right purchase for us. More
