Despite numerous attempts to contact the car lot to discuss a resolution, I was consistently ignored. My husband has spoken with multiple representatives, who assured us that the issue would be taken seriously and addressed, but no action has been taken. The car lot has avoided all communication with us after the initial week. Given the significant amount we paid for this vehicle, I am shocked and disappointed that the car lot has chosen to disregard our concerns. The financial loss we have incurred is substantial to us, but apparently, it is insignificant to this car lot. More
