My husband and I were very pleased with our sales person Brody and his supervisor they answered all my husbands questions( his car) we decided to purchase. When we got to the finance person that all changed Brody and his supervisor they answered all my husbands questions( his car) we decided to purchase. Outstanding service, friendly staff and a great deal! I just leased a new 2019 BMW X5. The experience was so easy and friendly at BMW of Palm Springs. I have leased more than 10 BMWs in the last 20 year I just leased a new 2019 BMW X5. The experience was so easy and friendly at BMW of Palm Springs. I have leased more than 10 BMWs in the last 20 years - and this was the easiest transaction and delivery that I have ever experienced. I especially liked the delivery - very high end and thorough. Also, I didn't have to spend hours negotiating a great deal - we only went back and forth twice and sealed the deal. I have been taking my 2017 M3 here for service for several years - and Sandy, my service representative has been very professional and friendly. I look forward to adding my X5 to her service portfolio! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy/lease a BMW or have their BMW serviced. More
