I bought the car cash, beautiful car. Air freshener was very strong. Well, once I hit 500 miles the air freshener wore off there’s a burning smell coming from a/c. Reached out to Carizona & they said they could not help. I could bring to their shop but I would be responsible for the cost. I feel scammed & left with a bad car that will cast me way more that I planned. More

Salesman was very unprofessional and pushy. But main issue is, they say they do a top to bottom inspection of the cars before resell, but I took the car that I just purchased here to a mechanic But main issue is, they say they do a top to bottom inspection of the cars before resell, but I took the car that I just purchased here to a mechanic I’ve trusted for decades and came back with thousands of dollars worth of suspension-related repairs that need done. I bought the top warranty plan through the dealer at purchase, where all issues are supposedly covered, and was told by the warranty company (a third party company) that they would only cover about a third of the actual cost of the repairs. When I called the dealer back to tell them about this and ask them to do the repairs, they said that’s not something they do and that I should have them look at it because ‘there’s no way they sold it to me in that condition’ and that the mechanic was trying to ‘upsell me’. If you choose to buy a car from this dealer, please do your research and get a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic you can trust. More
