We had a great experience at Marquitz. We were greeted a few seconds after getting on the lot, and was walked through the entire process. The car was clean and exactly what they told us it would be. We had done some research so had an idea in mind. Brooks listened to what we wanted and took the time to show us what we were looking for and his explanation of the features proved his knowledge on the prod listened to what we wanted and took the time to show us what we were looking for and his explanation of the features proved his knowledge on the product. He gave us options but let us make the decision. We truly appreciated his no pressure sales skills. It made it a smooth and relaxing experience. In fact the whole experience was almost too smooth to be true. Brooks made it fun for our 4 year old son by including him in all the decision making too. Our son truly believes he is the one who picked out the car, color and all. We decided on the Cadillac SRX and Brooks found the one with all the features in the color we wanted 200 miles away. A dealer trade was worked out and our car was brought in a couple days later. When we picked up our car, again it was any easy experience from signing the papers to driving away. Brooks took the time to show us all the bells and whistles and there were many. The cutest part was Brooks sitting in the backseat with our son watching a movie on the DVD player while we set up on star. He even showed our son how to use the head sets and remote contol. It was a great experience! More
