My wife and I recently had the best car buying experience we have ever had. We contacted Brooks Winner regarding a GMC Acadia that we found on a website, after explaining that he had just recently sold that we have ever had. It was exactly what we had been looking for. The vehicle was coming from Michigan, and was delayed a while because of the weather, however Brooks stayed in constant contact with us via email, phone, and even text, because of the delay. He followed up with me on a weekly basis. Even though it took a month to get here, it was exactly what we were looking for. When we met Brooks, he was very knowledgable regarding the features, and very friendly. Customer service is #1 in my book, and it was obvious that this was also very important to Brooks. We discussed the deal we were looking for, and Brooks and his managers were very easy to negotiate with, it was one of the easiest transactions I have ever been involved in. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service, and will definitely return to Marquitz and Brooks for future purchases. I have already recommended this dealership on my Facebook page.
