Bruce Ascher is the sales consultant we worked with and I would just like to take the time to let you know what an exceptional job he did. I have been interested in purchasing the Highlander for some time and we have been to a few Toyota dealerships in the area and the poor customer service and lack to professionalism were particularly off putting. So much so that we were considering purchasing another type of car. We are very happy with the service Bruce provided - he has been diligent, patient, and informative - even when he did not know an answer, he was able to find it. During the week before I picked up the car, he was in communication and always prompt in his responses regarding additions, etc I wanted - even on the day he was off.
