Chris Carreras was our dealer and did his best to take care of us. There were some hiccups with their website. The car I thought I was getting was sold after they had agreed to bring car to Crystal River care of us. There were some hiccups with their website. The car I thought I was getting was sold after they had agreed to bring car to Crystal River location. The next day they called & told me the bad news. I was about to get refund for deposit & go somewhere else, but I felt Chris was honestly trying his best to do right by me. Chris did his best to find me one as close to it as possible & keep it within the payments I wanted. There was an minor issue with the taillight but Jenkins is replacing it with no cost to me. Overall I feel I got a good deal & the whole process went pretty smooth once few details were hammered out. When we are ready to trade in our F150 this will be 1st place on our list. Everyone in service department are super friendly and honest. "Chris 3" went above & beyond for our family. More
