Had a Fantastic experience CJ was extremely helpful and exceptional. I felt at ease when I was at the location and they took their time with me. Was an okay experience just because when I acquired about a truck and I told them that I had a truck to trade in with equality the truck went up in price, I received a call a week later asking if I got the t a truck and I told them that I had a truck to trade in with equality the truck went up in price, I received a call a week later asking if I got the truck and I said no, and told the person what happened long story short we made a deal. So at the end they came thru! Good job Jenkins ford! More

Great experience at Jenkins Ford. I usually find myself a bit 'defensive' at dealerships, but Andi our sales rep was very straightforward with us and helpful. In fact, I want to say everyone we worked with was helpful, even when we were trying to haggle them down a little on the price. I love the car we bought, and plan on returning to Jenkins in the future for a possible trade-in towards a truck in the future. More

Would have given 5 Stars but your finance person tried to sneak in 2 additional items on our sales contract which total 1,500. We told him from the beginning no extra's on the sales contract. Then when we called back to speak to the GM some how we got the finance guy and boy was he back stepping.... Wonder how many people he has ripped off. This was our second vehicle that we have purchased within 4 months. Sales Chris and Casey are awesome to work with. But watch out for the finance guy he will for sure rip you off. More

This writeup is for the salesfloor in general. ..and not to single out 1 person. very unprofessional. they need to stop making rude comments within earshot of customers, and stop treating their cus ..and not to single out 1 person. very unprofessional. they need to stop making rude comments within earshot of customers, and stop treating their customers like the IQ is less than broccoli. Items were added to the vehicle that should have been optional and we were advised they are added automatically after delivery and we are required to pay for them, even if we do not want it. agents make snarky comments about fellow workers. I.e. "oh, they are scatterbrained" our salesperson had a tendency to get snarky with comments i.e: "I dont care about your cards...it's late!" which was in reference to us doing research on carvana prior to us coming in to pick up our new vehicle. Finance agents are very deceitful. We were asked what we were looking for in trade in for our vehicle. we advised this figure and was advised by someone in finance that he couldn't come close, but he would never give an actual figure. Once we got tired of the game and decided to pass on everything, they suddenly wanted to work with us. This type of "game" only prolongs the time spent having to deal with a vehicle purchase, makes the customer irritated with the amount of time it takes and plays a huge role in deciding if another vehicle will be purchased there in the future. At one point, it was stated by someone, "this guy is annoying". (not professional at all). Tint was supposed to be placed on the front windows (there was an 8 hour period before the truck was picked up...plenty of time to do this). This was not done, so the truck had to be brought back to have this completed. when we brought the vehicle back, comments such as "is that the one they tried to lowball" was heard by agent talking on the salesfloor. (we were the ONLY ones there at the time). So, in closing. We will buy another Ford. but it will not be from Jenkins or its affiliates. More
