Bought a new care yesterday. ...and surprised myself, just a little bit - not because I bought a car (I was shopping and intended to buy), but was surprised that we completed the ...and surprised myself, just a little bit - not because I bought a car (I was shopping and intended to buy), but was surprised that we completed the deal on my first visit. I inquired online and provided advance information that was requested by dealership, set-up appointment, and showed up to follow-up in person. In the process of answering my questions, the team offered a deal that was well within my desired parameters, immediately set-up financing and walked me through the close. I was a bit exhausted by the 4 hours there, but also glad that the transaction was completed and I came home with my car so that I did not need to make a return trip for any loose ends. I think there are no loose ends at Whitten! I was also introduced to Service so that I would have a face and name together when I am ready. Had great attention from all with whom I interacted. I drove more than an hour to this dealership and am glad that I did because I think it was worth it. More
