He pulled up a couple of suggested cars on his computer. He let me test drive it. He explained everything from the basics to the bells and whistles. He also sent me a link to Whitten's Customer Support and told me if I had any questions I could also call him. There is also a gadget in the car that links me to information if I have questions. As we sat at his desk waiting for someone who was doing paper work he talked about things that he and my father had in common. He relates well to people and knows about more than just cars. He certainly knew the product he was selling too and was enthusiastic without being pushy. The other people involved in this sale also seemed to do their jobs well. More

Bought a new care yesterday. ...and surprised myself, just a little bit - not because I bought a car (I was shopping and intended to buy), but was surprised that we completed the ...and surprised myself, just a little bit - not because I bought a car (I was shopping and intended to buy), but was surprised that we completed the deal on my first visit. I inquired online and provided advance information that was requested by dealership, set-up appointment, and showed up to follow-up in person. In the process of answering my questions, the team offered a deal that was well within my desired parameters, immediately set-up financing and walked me through the close. I was a bit exhausted by the 4 hours there, but also glad that the transaction was completed and I came home with my car so that I did not need to make a return trip for any loose ends. I think there are no loose ends at Whitten! I was also introduced to Service so that I would have a face and name together when I am ready. Had great attention from all with whom I interacted. I drove more than an hour to this dealership and am glad that I did because I think it was worth it. More
