This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have never written a bad review about anyone or anything, and I feel the need to warn others about this place. On top of it, my name was misspelled on all of my paperwork (and the dealership found this to be acceptable), upon receiving my cx90 (running at the time) drove all the way home to Fond du lac with no key fabs from the dealership. Then 1 week later, my legal documents were delivered to a friend to give to me. There has been an ongoing defect with the vehicle and no one will fix it or even take an appointment to fix it, which has been going on for almost 4 months. More

Went in for an oil change. When I picked up the car, the glove compartment was laying face down on the dirty passenger floor mat. Also, there were oily (motor oil) fingerprints all over the inner door handle, door window edge, steering wheel, and both seats! Terrible! More
