We we We bought our 2015 Prius in December 2014. Right from the start, Parks Toyota of DeLand provided excellent customer service, with no pressure. We weren't used to that from a car dealer. They even had a catered Customer Appreciation Dinner for new car buyers, where representatives from every department explained their functions and answered our questions. Bruce Hrabia continues to keep in contact with us, encouraging us to call him if ever we need to. I take advantage of the weekly free car wash, and Jolene is always there to greet me and does a great job in no time at all. Monica Arcos always takes time for an hello whenever I'm there and lets me know she'll be glad to help me with anything. I highly recommend the team at Parks Toyota - they are exceptional! More
