Outside of work Bruce enjoys motorcycling, high-end audio systems and music.

Recently picked up a 2023 XC40 on lease. Bruce was my sales person and he was great. Very responsive, worked with my budget, and had the vehicle ready for pick up. Jordan in finance mailed m Bruce was my sales person and he was great. Very responsive, worked with my budget, and had the vehicle ready for pick up. Jordan in finance mailed me the paperwork overnight for my husband and I to sign as we don’t live in Colorado. I carried the paperwork with me when I picked it up and turned it in. Ja’lyn was the person that did the delivery and explained all of the components of my new vehicle. He made sure my phone was synced with the vehicle and showed me how to use the Volvo app. I drove up from New Mexico to pick up my new car, and I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. Thank you for helping me get my first ever new car! More

Dealing with Bob Penkhus Volvo has been a delight. I bought my Volvo S 80 from Bruce Leiva, he is awesome and we remain in touch to this day. I did have a disappointing service advisor for a year or I bought my Volvo S 80 from Bruce Leiva, he is awesome and we remain in touch to this day. I did have a disappointing service advisor for a year or two, but now I have Chris Sherban as my service advisor, and he has been exceptional to work with. I feel that Technician Eric Conrad does a great job and I trust his work and his opinion on what needs to be replaced. I generally bring my Volvo to Bob Penkhus in Colorado Springs even though I live in the Denver area. I typically wait for my car to be serviced, and I am usually on my way home within a couple of hours. Overall, I like the service I receive from Bob Penkhus Volvo in Colorado Springs. More

During my most recent visit I had some trouble with the service department. I couldn't get in touch with them. I would leave a message and wouldn't get a call back. After a few days I called again. I left service department. I couldn't get in touch with them. I would leave a message and wouldn't get a call back. After a few days I called again. I left a message for them to go ahead with the recommended services and when I picked up they car the service hadn't been done. I had to go to another place of business to get the other services done. I also was told they would have my car back to me in 3 business days. However, they had my car 2 weeks with no updates. When I asked for a loaner the department said they were out. After a few days they gave me a loaner that was fithy inside and had not been cleaned. I called approximately 5 times over those two weeks. I was very unhappy with the service. My family has purchased 9 cars from that dealership and I don't plan on buying one again. More
