We also felt mislead as the sticker price that was posted online was not the certified price of the pre-owned vehicle. There was very little room for negotiation of price if we wanted the vehicle to be a certified pre-own vehicle. We had limited time to look for vehicles. If we wouldn't have been on a timeline, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Our salesman's co-worker/boss was very friendly. The gentleman that did our financing was friendly and efficient. Honda Civic Touring My husband and I came to the dealership on Sunday, March 25th and it looked like the dealership was closed. We drove around the parking lot looking f My husband and I came to the dealership on Sunday, March 25th and it looked like the dealership was closed. We drove around the parking lot looking for a Touring and couldn't find one so I got out and started peeping in the windows. I saw Bruce inside and he flagged for me to come in. We went in and explained what we were looking for and he said he knew they didn't have any in stock, he'd have to see who soon he could get one for me. There were some at other dealerships and he could get them sent here. I told him to wait. My husband and I needed to confirm this was what we wanted to do before he ordered the car for me. We came back on Saturday, March 31st and did a test drive and told him everything we wanted in/on the car and Bruce placed our order. He told me my car should be there and ready for pick up before Friday. As it turned out, Thursday was my birthday and that was the day we got to pick up the car. What a nice birthday present. While going over the additional things I wanted on the car, Bruce was very helpful in explaining what each add on was and what it did. Bruce did not try to change our minds on anything, he was very informative and helpful. He had answers to anything we asked. More
