With all due respect, the last correspondance I received from Mr. Moss was on November 29th. It is now December 19th and still no follow up email or phone call regarding GM covering the issues. So yes, I would agree there has been a lapse in correspondance and communication was halted. All previous correspondance between Mr. Moss and myself was that GM was not responding to his inquiries regarding covering the issues and had not given him a ticket or case number that I could reference myself. Mr. Moss kept refering me to a shop in Nashville that is a 4 hour drive for me. I had simply asked if I could take the truck to a local shop instead and never received confirmation either way after more than one inquiry. I can't say what the issue was between GM and Mr. Moss but regardless, I have resorted to going through another dealer to resolve my issues at this point. I called them on December 4th and they were able to get me in the shop on December 6th and take care of my issues. This review is not to bad mouth Mr. Moss or Guntersville Chevrolet. Just simply stating facts as evidenced by email correspondance.
