I made a appointment to have my car checked i had to call frequently for 4 days the final conclusion was that nothing was wrong with the car except a bad ac compressor.Before picking car up they said they we frequently for 4 days the final conclusion was that nothing was wrong with the car except a bad ac compressor.Before picking car up they said they were out test driving it wich was a lie because when they pulled the car up it was completely cold.I drove it not even 4 miles engine was bubbling coolant was coming out of the over flow i took it directly to another mechanic he said the thermostat was bad and put a new one on and no problem after that.The techs at the dealership said they ran car 2 different times for over 3 hours and there was no problem wich was a lie because after i ran it for about 10 minutes after picking it up engine was bubbling inside from the bad thermostat and this as you know could have caused serious engine damage and was the reason i brought my car to them in the first place because engine was hot and bubbling due to the bad thermostat wich i didn't know at the time was the issue.Any mechanic especially a certified tech should know its not normal for coolant to bubble out from the overflow and the engine to be bubbling because its so hot from not receiving coolant to it to cool it down my wife and i could tell it was not normal and we are sure no mechanics.I pray they dont mess anybody elses cars up do to their incompetence.Management is amazing though Bruce Moss contacted me and wanted to do anything he could to make it better he refunded my service call payment and gave a gift card for a oil change and was willing to do all he could to make it a pleasant experience.I suggest if you have any questions or issues go directly to management for they are more than willing and able to help you. More
