Bruce kept in touch but NEVER tried any kind of hard sell tactics on me. It was a wonderful experience. I looked at a lot of luxury cars before deciding on the Panamara and Bruce had a lot to do with my choice. His knowledge of the vehicle was unmatched. I plan on being a Porsche owner for a long time. With each of our purchases, he has spent the necessary time to explain all the features of your product. Sometimes when we don't utilize a certain feature for awhile, we tend to forget about how it is used. A quick call to Bruce refreshes our memory. He is very professional and patient with me and my wife. During my last visit, Jamey explained all of the financial administration in a manner that was clear and most professional yet relaxed. It's important to me to feel a sense of trust when dealing with finances. I have this feeling at Hennessy. The service department is excellent. My last contact with Matt and Zak actually made me feel that I was receiving professional advice in a manner that was not condescending. They spoke with me in a relaxed professional manner and through their patience and explanation of my questions and concerns my wife and I made the decision to purchase another Boxster S. I value my time and especially how I and my wife are treated after the sale of the product. This is most important to us and is the primary reason we continue to deal with Hennessy. I have owned 12 Porsches over the last 55 years. This was my first experience with Hennessy. Jeff Cory, who I've known for many years, recommended Brian to help me with my purchase of the 991. It was great working with Brian as he made the whole experience a great one. He calls me at least once a month to check in and see if I need anything. I recently took delivery of a 2013 Porsche Boxter S, the fourth vehicle I have purchased at Hennessy and from Bruce Pinder. The delivery process was smooth and I was out of the dealership in a relatively short time frame. Bruce knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted to be treated which is why I keep buying from him and Hennessy. I travel often so being flexible with my schedule and not having to waste time on my purchases is important to me. Just about the entire staff is the same since I first stepped in the door. It's like going back to see old friends. They don't high pressure you. The facility is spotless and the service is first rate. Do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't be disappointed. If all dealerships were run this way car sales would go through the roof. More
