Simple van purchase We knew early on that we wanted a Sienna minivan. We didn't know, however, that we could get EXACTLY what we wanted at a great price. We shopped at several Toyota dealerships in the area. The van we thought we wanted was sold at Kolosso before we could get it. I spoke with Bruce and he informed me that the van we wanted was gone, but he could help me build exactly what we wanted. Another dealership was unwilling to even consider that and tried to convince us to buy something else. Also, any dealership will offer you extras, but Bruce was not pushy. If we were not interested, there was no pressure. Simple car buying experience. Exactly what we wanted. Thanks Bruce! More

But, I need to take a moment to mention an amazing service writer - Laurie in service has always been amazing when I've gone in to have my vehicle serviced but, when I called in a panic this week because I realized my Toyota Care expired and we were about to leave on a long trip (3+ hours from home) I called to see if I could possibly purchase Toyota Care Plus without driving to Appleton (I live about an hour away), Laurie understood my concern and worked quickly to draw up the paperwork (despite probably having a dozen other things to do) for me, she then called me for payment and mailed the papers to me so I would have them for the trip. The entire experience was hassle-free for me, and solidified why I choose to drive the distance I do for purchase and service of my vehicles. Kolosso is amazing at every turn! More

Awesome!! I had been looking at trading in my RAV4 for a brand new RAV4, so I called Bruce at Kolosso Toyota and he was able to locate the exact car and color I I had been looking at trading in my RAV4 for a brand new RAV4, so I called Bruce at Kolosso Toyota and he was able to locate the exact car and color I was hoping for! He kept me updated as it took a few days to come in and suggested I apply online so when my vehicle came in, the process would be even easier! My experience was great! Bruce took care of everything and answered all my questions. He even walked me through all the amazing new features on my new Rav! I have bought/ leased my vehicles from Kolosso since 1996... I refuse to go anywhere else. More
