I was a bit aggravated when we went to pick up the car. We had an Appointment time of 10am but weren't taken back to sign papers until 1025am. What's the point of having an Appointment if they aren't gonna keep it. I understand that things can get busy but it was still aggravating to have to wait almost 30mins. Other than that I am very pleased. More
