My experience I wouldn't recommend this dealership too anyone. They didn't give me a fare price on my trade. Salesman didn't call me back so I made a trip back to the dealership and wasted my time. I will never buy from them and when I trade it will definitely be a Toyota. Biggest complaint is they wasted my time and salesman lied to me and said he'd gas tje car up I was interested in and when I arrived he hadn't. He had no intention on selling the vehicle to me and they had someone else looking at it so felt they really did me wrong ! I can't say anything that was good about my experience. More

Poor Customer Service First of all, I have bought multiple cars from LP and it has been great, except for service. Today I went to service to get a key fob reprogrammed an First of all, I have bought multiple cars from LP and it has been great, except for service. Today I went to service to get a key fob reprogrammed and dealt with Justin. He has little to no customer service skills and certainly made me feel like I was "IN NO WAY" a valued customer. Not only was he not friendly, but stated it had to go in the shop and a cost of $55 to get a simple key fob reprogrammed. What a sad way to be treated at LP. More
